Nelson-Miller Announces Acquisition of Wilson-Hurd
Los Angeles, CA, March 07, 2017 – Nelson-Miller is pleased to announce the acquisition of Wausau, WI-based, Wilson-Hurd.
Wilson-Hurd is a manufacturer of electronic control, and human-machine interface components. With offices in Wisconsin, and China, they have served the industry for over 100 years, and work with clients of all sizes, and across multiple industries. Wilson-Hurd’s core product line and manufacturing capabilities includes touch screens, capacitive switches, membrane switches, and elastomeric keypads.
Nelson-Miller, formed in 2011 with the acquisition and merger of Los Angeles-based Miller Dial, and Nelson Nameplate, offers a similar product line to over 1,500 clients across the globe, and has been in the HMI industry since 1937 with the founding of Miller Dial.

The acquisition was closed on Tuesday, February 28th, 2017.
